Privacy policy
Last updated: 9 October 2026
This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use bunchies.uk, contact our kitchens, or submit the website contact form, and how we use it.
Who we are
Bunchies UK operates the Bunchies restaurants and this website. For privacy questions contact hello@bunchies.uk. Our locations are listed on the contact section of our homepage.
Information we collect
When you use the contact form we collect the details you enter: which shop you are enquiring about, your name, email address, optional phone number, subject, and message. We also record that you completed our security check (Cloudflare Turnstile) as part of submission.
When you visit the site, your browser sends technical data such as IP address, device type, and pages viewed. We use self-hosted fonts; we do not load Google Fonts on this site.
Orders placed in person, via delivery partners, or through third-party apps are handled under those providers’ policies, not this website policy.
How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries and provide customer support.
- To operate and protect the website (including spam prevention).
- To meet legal, tax, or regulatory obligations where they apply.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and enquiry inbox (for example secure hosting and our enquiry processing platform), or when the law requires it.
Lawful bases (UK GDPR)
We process contact form data to take steps at your request before a contract and for our legitimate interests in answering enquiries and running our business. Where we need consent (for example for certain marketing), we will ask clearly and you may withdraw consent at any time.
How long we keep information
Enquiry messages are kept for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards for complaint handling and record-keeping, typically up to six years unless a shorter period is required by law.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, or object to certain processing, by emailing hello@bunchies.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Cookies and similar technologies
Turnstile may set cookies or use similar technologies to distinguish bots from humans when you submit the contact form. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking them may prevent the form from working.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
